Take a crazy trip back in time to the 1960s with Delphine and her two little sisters. Once summer arrives in Brooklyn, their father decides that it is about time the girls get to know their mother, who lives all the way in Oakland, California. Delphine doesn't remember her very well, her sister not at all, and what she does remember is not so happy. So will it be a month of lounging at the beach, spotting movie stars and going to Disneyland with their mysterious mom? Find out by reading One Crazy Summer by Rita Wilson-Garcia.
Do you enjoy listening to books? Well, now you can access a library of downloadable books right from the Bernards Township Library's home page at Listen NJ.
