A good book to read is Eleven by Lauren Myracle. The main character, Winnie, describes each month after her 11th birthday, up until her 12th birthday. There is a sequel, Twelve, and another one, Thirteen, also.
ReplyDeleteThe Clique by Lisi Harrison is a good book. It's about 4 girls who are popular @ their school. Then a girl from Florida, Claire, moves into 1 of the girls' guest house with her family. They 4 popular girls don't really like her, and Claire is not really their type of person, so she doens't know how to fit in with them.
ReplyDeleteYou should definitely read the "Percy Jackson and the Olympians" series by Rick Riordan. It's about a boy named Percy Jackson who always thought that his Dad was dead, but finds out that his Dad is a Greek god. But which one?--read the series to find out. He meets new friends who are also half-bloods (one parent is a god and one parent is a human.
ReplyDeleteIf you're interested in fantasy, you should read Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. Bella Swan moves to Forks, Washington to live with her dad, and she meets mysterious Edward Cullen, who, like his siblings, is pale white and very good-looking. It turns out he's a vampire, and she falls in love with him.
